Salary: $19-$20.50hr

Job Summary: Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team on 2nd shift. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision metal components while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications and work instructions.
• Load and unload materials, fixtures, and parts.
• Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and CNC programs.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate issues or improvements to supervisors and team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred (laser, turret punch, press brake, or machining centers a plus).
• Ability to read blueprints and understand basic GD&T.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12am
