Scope of Position:
The Marketing Administrator leads the planning, execution, and control of all marketing activities, ensuring consistent brand representation, integrity, and alignment with divisional sales directives across. This role manages corporate branding, marketing campaigns, online activity tracking, and coordination of marketing deliverables, while partnering closely with leadership and sales teams to support revenue goals.

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute NEE’s marketing strategy, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
• Partner with leadership and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
• Develop, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns based on performance data and market trends.
• Maintain branding standards, annual marketing plans, and a division-based marketing calendar.
• Manage website content, digital marketing, SEO, and online performance tracking.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, newsletters, e-blasts, and promotional content.
• Track and report on digital analytics including website traffic, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
• Support sales operations by maintaining leads, proposal tracking, ROM pricing sheets, and follow-up activities as needed.
• Coordinate marketing and sales meetings, calendars, and events.
• Assist with trade shows, client appreciation events, and relationship-building initiatives.
• Manage promotional inventory and coordinate vendors and logistics as required.

 

Job Requirements:

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Required: Valid driver’s license (approved driving record required per company policy).
• Availability to travel when required (travel periods typically vary between 1–5 business days).
• Required: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in increasing levels of Marketing support.
