A company in Geneva is seeking a Pet Parent Representative to join their team!!

 

EVALUATION TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY

PART TIME HOURS: Monday to Friday 6:30am to 7:00pm

Pay Rate: $18.00

 

Requirements & Skills: A love for dogs is essential. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude. Excellent communication and people skills to interact with new people.

 

Key Responsibilities of a Pet Parent Representative:

Customer Service & Communication:
Greet pet parents, answer phones and emails, and provide information about the company requirements, services, and benefits. 

Scheduling & Operations:
Schedule tours, Meet & Greets, and appointments for daycare, boarding, and spa services. 

Sales & Enrollment:
Educate pet parents on passes and memberships, convert leads to Meet & Greets, and conduct an 11-stop tour of the facility. 

Client Management:
Manage communication with prospective and current clients, conduct follow-up calls, and maintain client information in the system. 

Facility Management:
Maintain a neat and organized front desk environment and ensure a positive overall experience for pet parents and their dogs.
