Salary: $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information about products/services
Document customer interactions and maintain records in internal systems
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable handling customer interactions across email, phone, and chat
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
