Express Employment is searching for an International Shipping & Trade Compliance Specialist

A global technology leader serving high-growth industrial markets is seeking a detail-driven International Shipping & Trade Compliance Specialist to join a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and verify international shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, customs requirements, and internal policies
• Coordinate with freight between customs brokers and carriers to support timely and accurate shipments
• Maintain detailed shipment records for audits and reporting purposes
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and customs issues efficiently
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline documentation workflows

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in international logistics, trade compliance, or shipping documentation
• Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, export/import regulations, and customs procedures
• Proficiency with MS Office and logistics or ERP systems
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
