Production - Press Brake Operator

Candidates with experience in welding, assembly, machining, construction, or warehouse operations are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and production layouts
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify product specifications
• Select and load proper tooling, dies, and materials for each job
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot defects or malfunctions
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Communicate material, tooling, and supply needs
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Support teammates in various manufacturing, assembly, and production tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent employment in your previous role
• 1+ year of press brake operation experience required
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude; comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and work independently
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to follow all safety regulations
• Experience as a welder, machinist, machine operator, or forklift operator is a plus
• Fabrication or welding experience highly beneficial
