The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in shipping and receiving.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, invoices, packing lists, labels), manage shipping records, and file discrepancy reports.

• Schedule trucks, track shipments, coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders, and handle international documentation.

•  

  Maintain inventory of shipping materials (boxes, labels) and perform cycle counts.

• Conduct quality checks, ensure proper packaging, and enforce safety procedures in the shipping area. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in shipping and receiving.

• Basic Computer skills, Excel and Access experience preferred (not required)

• Standing majority of the day, lifting up to 25 lbs., and moving 40 lbs. pans with dollies.

• Bilingual preferred.  

  Experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations, including the ability to operate warehouse equipment and learn new software.
