Location: Grafton, West Virginia
Pay: Up to $50,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

Our client in Grafton, WV is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support logistics, inventory control, and materials purchasing operations. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in supply chain or operations while enjoying a four-day workweek.

Supply Chain Coordinator Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries with carriers and vendors
• Compare shipping options and secure cost-effective freight rates
• Maintain accurate inventory records within internal systems
• Order raw materials to support production and operational needs
• Complete monthly inventory close-outs and reconciliations
• Conduct physical inventory counts three times per year
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure efficient material flow
• Perform other duties as assigned

Supply Chain Coordinator Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of experience in an office or administrative setting
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
• Comfortable with inventory systems, data entry, and basic reporting
