Nurse Practitioner

Located in Mississauga, ON

Salary: Pay Rate: $60 – $80 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed and competent Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in accordance with Ontario regulations and CNO standards. The Nurse Practitioner will practice autonomously within their scope while collaborating with the healthcare team to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose health conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results in accordance with Ontario scope of practice
• Provide preventive care, health promotion, and patient education
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as required
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• Demonstrated clinical competence and professional judgment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
