Position Overview
This is a career-development track designed for someone who wants to start in the warehouse and advance into customer-facing outside sales. You’ll gain hands-on experience with products, inventory, logistics, and customer service—building the foundation needed to succeed in a sales territory.

What You’ll Do (Starting in the Warehouse)

• Receive, stock, and organize electrical products
• Pull and prepare orders for delivery or pickup
• Learn product lines, applications, and industry terminology
• Assist walk-in customers and support counter sales
• Work closely with inside sales and purchasing teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
Growth Path: Warehouse → Counter Sales → Outside Sales
As you develop product knowledge and demonstrate initiative, you’ll transition into:
• Counter Sales: Helping customers select products, quoting orders, and supporting contractors
• Outside Sales: Managing accounts, visiting job sites, building relationships, and driving revenue
We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed at each stage.
