Print/Production Coordinator – Direct Mail & Marketing Collateral ?? Full-Time | Creative + Logistics-Focused Role

We’re seeking a detail-driven Print/Production Coordinator to manage end-to-end production of direct mail campaigns and printed materials. You’ll work with internal teams and external vendors to bring marketing concepts to life—with precision, speed, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee job flow from intake to delivery

• Coordinate with vendors for flawless execution and timely delivery

• Review and approve pre-press materials

• Manage schedules, costs, and quality standards

• Support Marketing/Product teams and process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

• 2+ years in print production or pre-press environment

• Deep understanding of printing processes and postal regulations

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook & Adobe Acrobat
