Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience
Schedule: Full time, with partial remote flexibility

About the Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to build and maintain strong customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role focuses on generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and delivering high-quality technical solutions with an emphasis on safety and service excellence. You will work closely with operations and branch teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Growth
- Identify new business opportunities and grow repeat customer accounts.
- Conduct in-person client visits, presentations, and solution-focused sales calls.
- Promote equipment and service offerings, including design, installation, and operational support.
- Prepare accurate quotes, pricing proposals, and detailed project documentation.
- Achieve or exceed annual sales and revenue goals.
Business Development
- Participate in product demonstrations, lunch-and-learn events, trade shows, and industry associations.
- Report market insights, competitor activity, and new opportunities through CRM.
- Support product tests, launches, and market research activities.
- Present updates during branch sales meetings.
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including activities, opportunities, notes, and customer data.
- Assist with timely accounts receivable follow-up when necessary.
- Manage travel and expenses responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with branch staff to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Promote and follow all safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Minimum of 4 years of related sales experience, ideally with technical or equipment-based products.
- Working knowledge of pumps, tanks, filtration, or fluid-handling systems is beneficial.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
