Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily job site operations, scheduling crews, materials, and timelines

Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to installation standards

Act as the primary field liaison between installers, inside sales, customers, and vendors

Projects completed on time with minimal delays or rework

Consistent, high-quality installations that meet company standards

Clear communication between field teams and office staff

Skills Required

Strong leadership and job site supervision skills

Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Ability to read plans, measurements, and job specifications

Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

Knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and safety practices

Experience Required

Previous experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead Installer

Hands-on flooring or construction management background

Experience managing multiple crews and job schedules

Proven track record in quality control and site safety

Experience working directly with customers and subcontractors
