We have been asked by a Commercial Cleaning client in Noblesville, IN to help them build Cleaner/Sanitation Crews as they expand. As a Cleaner/Sanitation Crew member you will help maintain clean, safe, and sanitary environments for a variety of commercial clients by performing routine cleaning tasks, supporting sanitation standards, and assisting the team as needed.

Pay, Hours, & Benefits

• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Hours/Shift: Evenings, typically starting after 5:00 PM. Flexible - you can work as many or as few shifts/clients as you would like.

What will you do as a Cleaner/Sanitation Crew member?

• Clean commercial facilities according to established standards
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, wipe surfaces, remove trash, and sanitize restrooms
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor
• Support team members and pitch in wherever needed
• Follow safety and sanitation practices throughout the shift

What qualifications will you have as a Cleaner/Sanitation Crew member?

• Prior cleaning experience is desired but not required
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to pitch in where needed
• A positive, “can-do” attitude
• Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
• Our client has found that prior hospitality or customer service experience can set you up for success
