Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our jewelry store team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling jewelry and a strong passion for customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service

• Assist customers with jewelry selection, product knowledge, and pricing

• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems

• Maintain knowledge of jewelry materials, gemstones, and care instructions

• Handle merchandise with care and ensure proper display and security

• Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining a professional demeanor

• Assist with inventory management and restocking

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a sales associate in a jewelry store required

• Strong sales and customer service skills
