Job Overview: 

We are seeking a reliable Inventory Specialist to manage parts, tools, and supplies for heavy equipment maintenance and land-clearing operations. This role ensures accurate inventory levels and supports field and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials
• Issue parts and supplies to technicians and crews
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor inventory usage and initiate reorders
• Maintain inventory systems and reports
• Follow safety and company procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years inventory or warehouse experience preferred
• Must have 2+years of QuickBooks experience
• Experience in industrial or heavy equipment environment a plus
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work in warehouse/yard environments
