Salary: $21.00/hr.

We are currently looking for a qualified {Position} for a company located in {City and state}. 

Pay: $21.00/hr.

Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm

Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead and oversee sanitation team during assigned shifts

• Ensure all cleaning and sanitation tasks are completed according to SOPs

• Train and coach sanitation staff on proper cleaning methods and safety practices

• Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance

• Ensure compliance with food safety, OSHA, and company sanitation standards

• Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness of equipment, tools, and work areas

• Maintain sanitation logs, checklists, and documentation

• Communicate expectations and instructions clearly in English and Spanish

• Report issues, equipment needs, or safety concerns to management

• Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of cleaning chemicals

• Support audits and inspections as needed

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous sanitation or janitorial experience required

• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred

• Knowledge of sanitation chemicals, tools, and procedures

• Understanding of food safety, GMPs, and OSHA standards (if applicable)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights or weekends
