Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Pay: $55,000–$80,000 per year (DOE) + production bonuses

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; some Saturdays as required

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee all maintenance operations at a manufacturing facility in Shreveport, LA. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance staff, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring OSHA compliance, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to minimize downtime and maintain safe, reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and lead a team of maintenance technicians

• Plan and execute preventive and reactive maintenance programs

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and 3-phase electrical systems

• Oversee maintenance of shop equipment (welders, torches, plasma cutters, grinders, etc.)

• Utilize CMMS to assign, track, and close maintenance work orders

• Ensure all maintenance work meets OSHA and company safety standards

• Respond to equipment failures, emergencies, and urgent facility needs

• Coordinate with production and operations to reduce downtime

• Manage parts, tools, and maintenance inventory

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industrial or facilities maintenance experience

• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• MIG welding and fabrication experience preferred

• Working knowledge of CMMS systems

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance

• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays

Physical & Work Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Standing, walking, bending, and working in indoor/outdoor environments

• Exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust, and manufacturing conditions
