We are hiring hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical mindset—especially candidates coming from automotive, diesel, or equipment repair backgrounds who want steady industrial work.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including motors, belts, bearings, chains, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulics.

• Diagnose equipment issues using mechanical reasoning similar to automotive troubleshooting.

• Assist with breakdown response, root-cause analysis, and equipment adjustments.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.

• Support machine changeovers, installations, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Maintain safe work practices and follow maintenance documentation procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair experience.

• Backgrounds in automotive repair, diesel mechanics, equipment repair, or maintenance translate well.

• Ability to troubleshoot by sound, feel, vibration, and visual inspection.

• Willingness to learn industrial systems and controls.

• Reliable, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Prior mechanical or maintenance experience (industrial preferred, not required).

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

• Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing, and working around machinery.

• Willingness to work overtime, off-shifts, or on-call as needed.
