Welder/Fabricator

A company in the Edinburgh area is looking to add a Welder/Fabricator to their team!   

The ideal candidate is someone with welding experience!  

 

Pay/Benefits:

• Up to $24/hr
• Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance upon hire.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday  1st shift
• Voluntary overtime 

Company Info:

• Industrial Facility that builds equipment.
• Located in Shelby County.

Job Duties:

• Fabricate and assemble metal parts using MIG welding (TIG is a plus)
• Read blueprints and follow fabrication layouts
• Use shop equipment such as welders, torch, plasma cutter, press brake, and shear
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety policies
• Work independently with minimal supervision

 

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of welding/fabricating experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Must have mig welding experience. 
• Tig experience is a plus.
