Job Summary
We’re seeking a skilled Construction and Restoration Specialist to join our team. You’ll work on a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects involving carpentry, framing, drywall, concrete, roofing, and restoration. The ideal candidate demonstrates craftsmanship, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, trim carpentry, drywall, flooring, tile, roofing, door and cabinet installation.

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise measurements and installation.

• Complete concrete forming, masonry, plumbing rough-ins, basic electrical, and restoration work.

• Execute water and mold remediation, siding replacement, and general remodeling tasks.

• Operate hand and power tools, scaffolding, and lifting equipment safely.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant worksite while meeting project timelines.

Preferred Experience
Experience in demolition, light framing (wood and metal stud), blocking and backing, caulking and sealants, door and window installation, siding, toilet accessories and partitions, soft demolition work, drywall, flooring, fixture installation, and white box build-outs. Must maintain all PPE controls and equipment. Fast and efficient work earns additional opportunities for advancement.
