About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machinery to ensure safe and efficient production. Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery according to company standards and safety guidelines.
• Set up machines, adjust controls, and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Inspect products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Complete production logs and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required for motivated candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, or specifications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
