Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a healthcare team in Murfreesboro, TN. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with consistent weekday hours, ideal for a CNA looking for stability and long-term placement.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications as prescribed (required)
Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
Provide basic patient care and support
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
Support daily living activities and other routine CNA responsibilities
Maintain professionalism, compassion, and patient confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
Active CNA certification
Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience
Medication administration experience (required)
Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
