Job Purpose:
The Pack Out / Shipping Associate will professionally stamp, inspect, and process materials to create products according to specifications. This role requires quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality, and strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Repair and build pallets
• Cut and stack boards to proper length
• Wear all required protective gear at all times
• Sort and stack pallets according to established criteria
• Maintain a daily log of work performed to submit to the shift supervisor at the end of each shift
• Clean and organize the work area during and at the end of each shift
• Prepare pallets of product for shipping
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications:

• Ability to work 10-hour shifts
• Experience using hand tools, nail guns, and power hand saws
• Forklift experience preferred but not required

Working Conditions:

• Temperatures can reach up to 105°F during summer months.
• Drinks and coolers are permitted at your work station to stay hydrated.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
