We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Lab Technician to support quality operations at our growing biotech startup. This role is responsible for ensuring all products meet established quality standards through routine testing, documentation, and inspection. The position will also assist with inventory control and outbound shipping, offering a broad exposure to operations and strong growth potential as the company expands.
Perform quality control testing on in-process and finished products
Verify products meet established quality and specification standards
Accurately document test results in accordance with SOPs and GMP requirements
Identify, report, and assist in investigating out-of-specification results
Maintain laboratory cleanliness and compliance
Support inventory control, including tracking materials and finished goods
Assist with outbound shipping, ensuring products are packaged, labeled, and released correctly
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company procedures at all times
Work within a laboratory and clean room environment, using proper sterile techniques
Collaborate with production and quality teams to support continuous improvement
1–3 years of laboratory or quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
Biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience preferred
Familiarity with QC testing methods, documentation, and data integrity
Understanding of GMP regulations and SOP-driven processes
Experience working in clean room or sterile environments preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
