Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Production Technician to join our growing biotech startup. This role is critical to daily manufacturing operations and offers strong long-term growth opportunities as the company scales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on production experience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a regulated lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor chemical reactors and automated bottling equipment
Accurately add raw materials and ingredients according to established formulas
Monitor production processes to ensure quality, consistency, and safety
Perform bottling, labeling, and packaging of finished products
Box and prepare finished goods for storage or shipment
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation requirements
Practice Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times
Work within clean room environments, following sterile handling techniques
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
Assist with process improvements as the company grows

Qualifications

1–3 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment
Biotech or pharmaceutical experience preferred
Familiarity with clean room operations and sterile handling techniques
Understanding of GMP regulations and SOP-driven workflows
Ability to accurately follow instructions and document processes
Comfortable working in a laboratory setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
