Salary: $25+ DOE
We are hiring a full-time Crane Operator for an immediate opening. This role supports industrial and construction projects and requires a safety-focused operator with strong technical knowledge of crane operations and heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment.
Plan and execute lifts in accordance with load charts, site conditions, and safety protocols.
Inspect cranes, rigging, and related equipment before and after use; report and address issues.
Read and interpret blueprints, lift plans, and construction drawings.
Coordinate with site supervisors, riggers, and crews to ensure safe, efficient operations.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards.
Requirements
National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) certification.
Valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT physical).
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with air brake endorsement.
Experience operating cranes in industrial and/or construction environments.
Demonstrated knowledge of crane safety, rigging practices, and lift planning.
Strong mechanical aptitude related to heavy equipment operation.
Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
