We are currently seeking reliable, professional individuals with banking or financial services experience to join a growing team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This is a full-time opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term potential.
What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced financial environment
Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and general support
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Process routine banking or financial service tasks
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
Previous banking, teller, credit union, or financial services experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working with computers and basic data entry
Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
Ability to work some Saturdays as scheduled
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Some Saturdays required
$19/hour
