What You’ll Do

• Fill 100% of qualified job orders with urgency
• Recruit, interview, and place associates across multiple industries
• Make 50+ weekly phone contacts and daily inside sales calls
• Turn every conversation into a recruiting or sales opportunity
• Support client relationships, visits, and quality check-ins
• Document activity and manage workflows in our system

What You Bring

• Strong phone, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Recruiting, staffing, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
• Grit, coachability, and comfort in a high-urgency environment
• Ability to juggle people, priorities, and details
