The Production and Manufacturing Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by assembling, producing, and inspecting products to meet quality and production standards. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflows in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Job Duties

• Assist with production, assembly, and manufacturing of products
• Operate basic machinery and equipment following safety guidelines
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain production records and meet daily output goals
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Perform general housekeeping to keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
