Express Employment is hiring enthusiastic, outgoing event staff to serve as Casino Night Dealers for a DECA high school conference. This is a fun, fast-paced, entertainment-focused event where dealers will teach students how to play casino-style games in a positive and engaging way.
15 Blackjack Dealers
3 Texas Hold’em Dealers
Roulette & Craps Dealers (optional): $40/hour for qualified candidates
Total Staff Needed: 18+
Previous dealer experience is NOT required. Candidates must know how to play the games and understand basic rules and strategies.
Blackjack & Texas Hold’em: $30/hour
Roulette & Craps (if qualified): $40/hour
Fun, friendly, and outgoing
Comfortable teaching games to high school students
Knowledgeable in casino game rules and basic strategy
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Black dress pants or skirt
Black dress shoes
Solid white or black button-up collared shirt (long sleeves preferred)
Tuxedo vests will be provided at the event
This event is strictly for entertainment purposes
Workers do not need to be 21 years or older
Patience and a positive attitude are essential—no criticism of students for mistakes
