E Commerce Marketplace Specialist
 
Our Client in Sherwood is hiring an e-commerce marketplace Specialist to manage their online sales across Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, eBay, and other major platforms. This role focuses on product listings, marketplace operations, ChannelEngine management, Zoho systems, and ShipStation troubleshooting. If you have hands-on experience with online marketplaces and know how to grow sales through strong listings and accurate data, we want to talk with you.
 
This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity!
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage online sales channels on Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, eBay, and Zoro
  • Build and optimize product listings with strong content and accurate data
  • Use ChannelEngine to manage listings, pricing, stock, and marketplace integrations
  • Take and edit product photos for online listings
  • Maintain Zoho Inventory, Books, and CRM for product data and customer information
  • Support CRM campaigns and assist the sales team with customer outreach
  • Handle e-commerce customer service issues when needed
  • Manage updates to the B2B e-commerce website
  • Troubleshoot ShipStation and order flow issues for warehouse teams

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Managing listings and sales on major marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, eBay, and Zoro
  • Using ChannelEngine or similar feed management tools
  • Creating optimized product listings and taking basic product photos
  • Working with Zoho or similar accounting, inventory, or CRM systems
  • Handling customer service issues in an e-commerce environment
  • Managing or updating a B2B e-commerce site
  • Troubleshooting ShipStation or similar shipping and order flow software

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 8:30 AM-5 PM

 

Pay:

$30/HR
