Accounts Payable Clerk

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable & Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly by processing invoices, supporting purchasing activities, and providing general administrative support. If you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative office environment, this could be a great fit.


What You’ll Do

  • Process vendor invoices by matching invoices with purchase orders, packing slips, and supporting documents
  • Ensure invoices are properly approved and processed in a timely manner
  • Accurately enter invoices and verify correct account coding
  • Maintain records related to state use tax and assist with B&O tax reporting
  • Complete check runs and support payment processing
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two (2) years of accounts payable, purchasing, or related administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and routine processes
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Office-based role with mostly seated work
  • Occasional walking, standing, bending, light lifting, or driving may be required
  • Comfortable, well-lit, and climate-controlled office setting
