Payroll Support Specialist

Qualifications and responsibilities

• Payroll and administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  
  
• Review, track, and organize payroll folders and timecards 
• Verify timecard accuracy, approvals, and follow up on missing/incorrect details
• Provide payroll support for all branches
• Navigate EDGE to verify payroll, pay history, balances and associate information
• Process associate requests such as pay stubs, sick time, pay corrections, garnishments, and pay card issues
• Weekly payroll runs including printing, mailing, and tracking checks and invoices
• Maintain accurate activity notes and payroll records
