We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join a manufacturing team supporting the assembly of high-quality components. This role requires the ability to read instructions and blueprints, follow precise specifications, and assemble parts accurately in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare work by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists

• Gather required parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials prior to assembly

• Assemble components by examining connections for proper fit and fastening parts and subassemblies

• Verify product specifications by measuring completed components to ensure accuracy and quality

• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment malfunctions

• Complete preventive maintenance tasks by following manufacturer guidelines and instructions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills

• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds as required

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
