Starting Pay $17.00/hr
Schedule- MONDAY-THURSDAY 7:00am-5:30pm
Fridays as needed-Must be available for work on Fridays

30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks at 10:00am & 3:00pm

40 hrs – Plus potential overtime

Blast/Bond Tech Job Responsibilities:

Operates sandblast machine to remove rust, corrosion, and contamination from parts in preparation for applying a bonding agent

Wipes and cleans parts with cleaning agents after blasting in preparation for bonding

Uses paper, masking tape, etc. for covering un-bonded areas per the bond print

Reclaims inserts by use of a soak tank, then stripping urethane off using knives, razor blades and hand tools in a safe manner

Bonds parts after preparation using a paint brush or dipping

Maintains all equipment in good working order

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Uses the required PPE; safety glasses, face shield, gloves, fume and/or dust mask when appropriate

Maintains the appropriate inventory of materials, supplies, and tooling as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

Warehouse/Manufacturing experience preferred

Basic math skills

Ability to follow production schedule

Lift/Carry up to 50 lbs

Walk, Stand, Stoop, Bend for 8-10 hours/day

Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse

Work well in a team environment

Good communication

Follow proper guidelines & procedures

Excellent Attendance

Reliable transportation

High School diploma or equivalent
