Production Associate -$20/HR-Experience Required

Located in Elk Grove village, IL

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Material Handler/Batch Maker to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations. 

Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ship finished products accurately and on time.
• Receive and stock raw materials, ensuring proper organization in the warehouse.
• Assist with production support, including mixing, measuring, and handling materials.
• Use strong math skills for mixing and measuring; no calculators are allowed.
• Operate sit-down forklifts, pumps, and hoses as required.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and management.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with other warehouse and production tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous shipping/receiving experience required

• Forklift experience is a must

• Strong math skills for mixing and measuring (no calculators)

• Comfortable working across shipping, receiving, and production

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety focused
