Are you looking for a hands-on role in the concrete and construction industry?

We are hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for a growing concrete company. In this role, you will support daily yard and production operations by safely operating heavy machinery and helping move materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility and job sites.

You’ll work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient workflows and safe material handling.

Essential Functions

• Operate heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, forklifts, telehandlers, and yard equipment

• Load, unload, and move raw materials, concrete products, and supplies

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

• Support production and yard operations as needed

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience operating heavy equipment in a concrete, construction, or industrial setting

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License

• Prior heavy equipment or industrial equipment experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work outdoors and in industrial environments

• Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
