Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Cleaning Associate to help maintain a clean and organized work environment for a local company in the Pharr area. This position involves general janitorial duties including cleaning offices, break rooms, and restrooms to ensure a safe and welcoming space for all employees.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily coffee for the office staff
• Clean and sanitize offices, break rooms, and restrooms
• Wash dishes and maintain kitchen areas
• Sweep, mop, and wax floors as needed
• Clean windows and glass surfaces
• Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial work preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to follow cleaning schedules and work independently
