*Complete reference verifications

*Ensure a smooth, positive experience while supporting recruiters with documentation and communication

*Responsible for job postings on internal website, external search engines and all social media to increase branding

*Track monthly marketing source for interviews to ensure marketing dollars are allocated to the right source.

*Pull weekly reports as necessary

*Energetic and professional phone communication skills
