Job Summary: A well-established dental practice in the area is seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join the team. The office is known for providing quality patient care in a supportive, professional environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, personable, and able to deliver an excellent patient experience from the moment they walk in the door.
Responsibilities:
- Check in patients and verify all necessary information
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phones and assist patients with inquiries
- Perform insurance verification
- Prepare and present treatment plans
Schedule & Pay:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (Rotating Saturdays) | 9:00AM – 6:00PM
- Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 P/H
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
- High level of professionalism
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Dynamic, friendly, and patient-focused personality
- Knowledge of HMO & PPO billing is a plus
- Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus (willing to train )
