We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving & Inventory Stockroom Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, accurate record-keeping, and keeping materials organized and moving efficiently.
Coordinate outbound shipments by arranging carriers, scheduling pickups, and preparing shipping documentation.
Receive inbound shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders.
Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies; manage returns or replacement shipments.
Sign delivery receipts and assist with unloading trucks as needed.
Organize, label, and store materials in designated warehouse and stockroom locations.
Maintain accurate inventory records; support cycle counts and stock adjustments.
Distribute parts and materials to production and operations teams.
Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage areas with proper shelving and stock placement.
Physically move parts, supplies, and materials as required.
Record daily inventory movement and transactions with accuracy.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Proficient with computers, data entry, and inventory systems (Sage, SmartSheet, Excel).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Able to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Forklift certification and hands-on operating experience preferred.
Knowledge of safe storage, handling, and shipping procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
