Bilingual Retail Sales Associate

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Are you fluent in English and Spanish and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy a fast‑paced environment where you can use your skills in retail, cashiering, customer service, sales associate work, and warehouse operations? Our client, a respected warehouse and logistics company in Lincoln, is seeking a Bilingual Counter Sales Representative to join their team.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in-person and over the phone
• Assist customers with orders, product questions, and service needs
• Accurately enter orders into the computer system
• Process payments (cash, check, credit/debit) similar to a cashier or retail sales associate
• Provide solutions, resolve concerns, and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support general warehouse tasks such as stocking and stocker duties as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer skills
• Previous experience in construction, warehouse, retail, or customer‑facing roles preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn products, services, and industry terminology
