Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekend availability is a plus

We are seeking a poised, polished, and professional individual to serve as a Temporary Leasing Agent for one of Asheville’s premier apartment communities. This is a rare opportunity to represent a luxury property known for its exceptional service and elegant atmosphere.

What You’ll Do:

Provide a high-touch, concierge-level welcome to all visitors and prospective residents

Answer phones and manage inquiries with grace and professionalism

Give tours and assist with the leasing process as needed

Support special projects, event planning, and community outreach

Assist with purchasing and vendor coordination

Maintain a pristine and organized front office and clubhouse space

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in leasing or hospitality strongly preferred

Exceptionally well-groomed and confident in luxury settings

Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Reliable, proactive, and eager to help the team succeed
