Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a large, high-volume hotel staffing initiative supporting a well-known global hotel brand. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals for multiple cleaning-focused roles in a fast-paced, professional hospitality environment throughout Washington, DC and Northern Virginia.

These positions are ideal for candidates who take pride in cleanliness, consistency, and guest satisfaction. Opportunities may be available at different hotel properties, with pay rates determined by experience level and specific assignment.

Available Positions

Room Attendant

• Clean and service guest rooms according to established hotel standards

• Change linens, make beds, and restock guest amenities

• Vacuum, dust, sanitize bathrooms, and remove trash

• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues

Public Area Attendant

• Clean and maintain hotel lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other common areas

• Ensure public spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times

• Respond promptly to spills, debris, and high-traffic cleaning needs

Banquet Attendant (Cleaning Focus)

• Clean, reset, and prepare banquet and event spaces before and after functions

• Sanitize tables, chairs, and meeting areas

• Support fast-paced room turnovers to meet event schedules

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel cleaning experience required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning standards

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Reliable attendance and professional, guest-focused demeanor

• Clean background check required
