Furnace Production Operator

Located in Palmerton, PA

Salary: 22.50

• Loading aluminum ingot into furnace
• removing molten metal from furnace
• screening and blending aluminum powder and tending blending towers
• Packing aluminum powder into 55 gal drums
• Moving packed material with forklift
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs.
• Climbing 3 flights of stairs to blending towers multiple times during shift

Prior Experience working with powders, molten metal, advanced equipment operator, control room operator, batch mixing, etc.

Exposed to year-round weather elements

There is a manditory shift rotation- 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am
