Lead Packaging Associate

A manufacturing company in Manchester, MI, is seeking Lead Packaging Associate on 3^rd shift.

What you’ll be doing as the Lead Packaging Associate

• Perform standard packaging duties—sorting, counting, inspecting, and packaging automotive parts to meet client specifications and quality standards
• Ensure order accuracy by filling bins with correct quantities and organizing full bins onto pallets for forklift pickup
• Provide light supervision to a team of ~5 packagers, monitoring productivity, accuracy, workflow, and safety compliance
• Communicate operational updates and address urgent safety or workplace issues promptly with management via call or text

What we look for in a Lead Packaging Associate

• 1-2 years of packaging (consistent with one employer) required
• Lead experience is a preferred, not required
• High School diploma preferred

• Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm
