Shipping & Receiving Associate – $20/hr Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Location: Fletcher/Arden Area
Our client, a well-established fabrication plant in the Fletcher/Arden area, is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team. This is a great opportunity to get in with a strong company that offers stable hours, hands-on work, and long-term potential.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, handling finished products, and making sure orders are prepared and shipped accurately.
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Fletcher/Arden area
Full-time, long-term opportunity
Prepare finished products for shipment
Mark and label product using a laser marking system
Package and stage orders for outgoing shipments
Receive incoming materials and verify counts
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
Keep the shipping area organized and running smoothly
Work closely with production to ensure on-time deliveries
Shipping/receiving or manufacturing experience preferred
Comfortable working with equipment and tools (including laser marking systems)
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic computer skills for tracking shipments
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Great weekday schedule, no nights or weekends
