Salary: $16.75 - $19.70/hr DOQ

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Assembler to join a leading manufacturer in Eden Prairie. In this role, you’ll assemble components, operate production equipment, and ensure our products meet quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment

 

What's an average day like as a Production Assembler?

• Assemble mechanical and/or electronic components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Operate basic production machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect parts for defects, accuracy, and quality compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S or similar organizational standards.
• Meet daily/weekly production goals for output, accuracy, and quality.
• Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or material shortages.
• Follow all safety and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production processes.

What do we look for in a Production Assembler?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar hands-on role.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 30–50 lbs, depending on position.

Schedule:

• 1st shift 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday - Thursday
• 2nd shift 4:00 pm to 2:30 am Monday - Thursday
