About the Role
In this position, you will support the electrical and maintenance needs of a modern production facility equipped with hydraulic presses, pressure vessels, robotics, and automated conveying systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety — no two days look the same.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to a strong safety culture, and help ensure reliable production of high‑quality products. Our client values individuals who are eager to learn, collaborate, and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities
•     Manage, install, repair, and troubleshoot facility electrical systems
•     Diagnose and repair 480V and low-voltage AC/DC systems
•     Maintain clear communication with facility personnel and leadership
•     Perform both reactive and preventive maintenance safely and efficiently
•     Assist with basic mechanical maintenance as needed
•     Operate manufacturing equipment when required
•     Support continuous improvement and help resolve short- and long-term operational challenges

Qualifications
•     Must be at least 18 years old
•     High school diploma or GED required
•     Ability to pass pre-employment testing
•     Minimum 3 years of industrial/manufacturing electrical experience or an electrical degree
•     Strong troubleshooting skills with 480V, low-voltage, AC/DC systems
•     Experience with variable speed drives (setup, programming, troubleshooting)
•     Familiarity with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley control platforms
•     Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics
•     Instrumentation experience (liquid level indicators, load cells, encoders, cameras)
•     Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance systems
•     Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound judgment in unexpected situations
•     Willingness to cross-train in other technical areas
•     Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks safely and effectively
•     Willingness to work overtime, rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
•     Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, climbing stairs, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in hot or cold industrial environments
